Yoga in Kalpitiya

Its time to practice yoga!

Our instructor makes yoga on his own and he will be happy to share his experience. His name is Ilya: "Its combination of hatha yoga: breathing techniques with yoga postures and joint gymnastics. As I also kitesurfing – we will do the lesson all kite surfers need: our goal to release a pressure from the shoulders, low of your back and legs. We will have some simple yoga asanas(yoga postures) that everybody can do and variations for more advanced level. All the asanas will make you body relaxed and calm."
